Food Automation’s pasteurizers are designed to be easy to start up, transition from water to product. The designs are carefully calculated to create solid fluid dynamics.

We also build hybrid pasteurizers for the fruit, berry, and puree industries. Combination units that can do heat treatment, pasteurized, and sterile processing all in one unit.

We have a unique method of preparing our OEM equipment to reduce the impact and risk on your production environment.

We start by 3D scanning the area where your equipment will be installed, including the connecting piping. This is used to prepare a virtual walk through of how our equipment will be installed, maintained, and the space for your operator’s ergonomics.

Everything gets fabricated, assembled, and tested on water in our facility. It gets strategically disassembled for shipping and for quick reassembly in your facility.

Our OEM Equipment also comes ready to connect. We supply the secure connection for our support and data collection. Our connection is physically separate from your network to protect your cybersecurity.
