Food Automation Inc has been preparing for a while to fill a need in the industry for a robust solution for food, dairy, and beverage manufacturing.

Virtual Process Design

We scan your factory, design your new equipment in your space, and take you on a virtual walk through your new processing room. Plan ergonomics, maintainability, and make changes as your review your future. We then use the final design to export every detail and dimension to fabricate the new equipment. After its built, your equipment can be slide into place and connected to routing piping, electrical feeds, and utilities.

Expansions and Whole Plant Design

Our team models new production goals and integrates that plan into the 3D model. We can virtualize a small expansion to a new factory. We have designed fruit and berry purees manufacturing, as well as food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical processes.

OEM Equipment

We are now building Pasteurizers, CIP Systems, Inline Blending, and Separator Cream Control. All this equipment is embedded with learning algorithms to adapt to changing product compositions. We design this equipment in 3D after scanning the space in your factory. Your equipment is then built, our foundational program is loaded, and the custom integration to connect to your factory floor is programmed. Your equipment is fully tested on water in our facility before it is disassembled and shipped to be installed.
